Roodepoort Department of Labour is slow, inadequate of doing their jobs, lack customer etiquette and are really disgusting with service all round. They don't have respect and are really inconsiderate of us people. It dates back 6months since I've been applying for my maternity UIF benefit. To date not one cent has been paid out & always the same excuse that it has not been approved. I ask what's the delay, what is stopping it from being delayed and I'm told that his doesn't know or the woman answers the phone! No respect or consideration for a person. I'll be going back to work soon and still no UIF benefit. I'll probably be paid out when I'm back at work and or when the roof over my head is removed. I wish I could move over to different branch but I'd hate to interrupt a process that is already going nowhere slowly.
