I had hail damage on my home and my home insurance company approved the claim and issued a check for repairs to be done by a contractor. The check must be endorsed by Wells Fargo since I have the mortgage with them. However, they do not want to endorse the check because they found out I had filed for bankruptcy. I am current with my mortgage and filed for bankruptcy for credit cards but I will keep my home. They still don't want to endorse the check from the insurance company and I don't have money to pay the roof contractors. I cannot believe Wells Fargo has this policy that makes no sense.
