You are a downright liar. My parents called Roof911 to have their roof repaired. YOUR company sent Jamal Cox out. He should have handed over any paperwork to you. If he didn't, thats on you. The only paperwork my parents had was sent into the insurance company at the time the roof was replaced. Regardless of what he was doing with your company, none of that has anything to do with my parents. If you had any class at all, you would have sent someone out to repair the work. Now, we have been forced to retain an attorney and from the comments about your company on just this site, dealing with an attorney is nothing new to you.

Maybe your company doesn't scam churches and pastors and just scams the elderly...

My parents had their roof replaced by Roof911 a few years ago. Roof911 sent out their worker who gave my parents the price, the insurance company gave my parents the check and the work was completed. Now, there is a leak and Roof911 will not repair it because they say that the worker that they sent, Jamal Cox, was stealing from them and since he did the work, they won't honor the warranty. I told them that whatever happened between Jamal Cox and Roof911 had nothing to do with my parents, and their CEO, Dev Zednek, doesn't care at all. He sees elderly people who don't have a lot of money, so he is refusing to do the right thing. He figures that they won't pursue the case and it will just go away. The only thing he is willing to do, it assist my parents in filing a police report against Jamal Cox. My parents should not even have to worry about that. Roof911 hired Jamal, they sent him out to my parents house, and as far as my parents know, they hired Roof911. Now, my parents cannot find their paperwork, and unfortunately, told Roof911 that and now they won't even answer their phones when we call. They originally told my parents that they did have the paperwork on the job and they would send someone out. After finding out that my parents were having trouble finding their paperwork, the worker never showed up! Big surprise! DON'T HIRE THIS COMPANY! THEY DON'T CARE ABOUT THEIR CUSTOMERS - THEY ONLY CARE ABOUT THEIR BOTTOM LINE!!! It's also very apparent that their shoddy business practices come from the top. If they were a reputable business, Mr Zednek would send someone out to make the repairs since their worker completed it.

As the owner of the company I feel very bad for the client - but we did not install there roof and we had no financial transaction records of the client - I asked to send us a copy of the contract or a check written to us - the client could not produce any of these items. We have had fradulent terminated sales agents in the past broker our services and not turn the contracts into the company and we simply can not control this illegal activity other then press charges on the misrepresentation.

As the owner of the company in question these comment I find simply exaggerated and one sided. In defense to my company that has installed thousands of roofs and supports and feeds 100 families. I find that our transition to service our commercial clients over residential has created challenges on some home owners that got caught in the middle of corporate a restructuring transition to service our national commercial clients.

This company is a complete rip off/ scam. I was told by two different insurance adjusters, and an independent contractor that the damage on my roof was invented. I was also told this company is well known in the industry for this type of problem. When i realized this scam, I immediately cancelled, and was still charged $400 for no work done. I wish I had seen this board prior and would never have allowed them on my property. The original contractor who sub-contracted to them was also scammed out of the deal, and I am aware they no longer do business with this company. Do not allow them on your roof!!! SCAM, SCAM, SCAM. STAY AWAY OR YOU WOULD REGRET IT!
