Wow are they scam artists. I called and requested a price to have a drain snaked. They told me they have to see the job first before giving a free estimate. I scheduled an appointment, but I would not be there for the estimate. I had my wife and young adult daughter there to get the estimate. The plumber was told what pipe we needed snaked. He looked under the sink with a flashlight and said $800.00 and some odd dollars and then went on to say he was disinfecting with chemicals first. When I balked at that price he went down to $399.00 minus a $45.00 coupon. Needless to say I politely asked him to leave. Stay away very far away from this company. Sad part of this is, I remember when Rooter Rooter was a reputable company . I still remember the jingle they use to use "all Rooter Rooter that's the name and away goes trouble down the drain..Rooter Rooter" Sad Sad very Sad.
