Went to Rose's Discount Store tonight at 6pm. The African American lady on the 2nd register from the door was on a personal call when I came to her line. Totally ignored me standing there for 5 minutes. The lady on the 3rd register told me to come to her line and yelled to the other lady "get off that phone and you see those people standing in your line". "Mrs. Rude" still did not seem to care. This was inappropriate and I had to keep my cool.
