If you insist that the Idaho Legislature App violates Google Play policy, then I am making a complaint to Google Play to also suspend the following apps, including any other apps that are currently released and distributed on Google Play bearing the same violations that you have alleged to exist in the Idaho Legislature App and that they also must provide verifiable proof of permission or a verifiable, signed document that their Legislature apps have been given permission to use their content.

Does this Google Play policy apply to all apps distributed on Google Play?

I ask that you reconsider, as your conclusions are in error for the following reasons based on Google policy.

1. The Idaho Legislature App is the original and only such app and does not impersonate or infringe on any other Google Play Apps intellectual property.
2. The Idaho Legislature App does not use another app or entity’s brand, title, logo, or name in a manner that may result in misleading users.
3. The Idaho Legislature App utilizes public domain state flag and seal that are in not private entities and are not copyrighted or trademarked as
stipulated in the US Trademark statutes I provided to you for inspection, and the App does not violate Idaho Statute Idaho State law 18-3401.
4. The Idaho Legislature App by its name does not indicate ownership, association or authorization by the Idaho State Legislature to use public
domain symbols as none is required by federal or state law.
5. The Idaho Legislature App is unique for Idaho but at the same time similar to other apps that Google Play has approved for release
on Google Play that are also using the words, “Legislature App” for several apps developed for dozens of other US States.
6. Google Play has approved for release dozens of other such legislature apps currently on Google Play that are similarly in violation of the policies
you claim we have violated.

Otherwise, it would appear that Google Play team is creating unfair standards of competition that show favoritism to certain developer apps over others.
