Good Evening this is Annabell Matthew I was a hard worker and dedicated reliable employee of Ross #2259 since March 27,2022. When barely have employees who want to come in to work was there still coming with no complaint me and two other young ladies that work in the stock room. I wanted to start by addressing a few issues I just discussed with Robert but I guess since it not his money show no concern of address the issues with the Mangerment Alice. First out I wanted to know why is Alice editing my time over 30 times for the 29th and 26th time for the May 13th check I just received. When I worked 10 days for the 29th and 13 days for May 13th. 68.50 hours and 71.4 hours it not much for a different. I noticed that my time was being edited through out the day why I was working. When I didn’t take break they were add. Without my consent of knowledge. Also I know I was entitled to more money on my paycheck. That I didn’t received. Who want to work under them conditions when being treated unfairly and know I feel like I have been discriminated against Ross corporate. Because know ones can explain to me why was my time card was being violated and abused by the manger team at ROSS store #2259. When Alice the manager want to talk to me when she wanted me to worked all these days. But now it a problem about the money I worked for is not being Produce. She can’t even discuss are at least explain why was she edited my time card since I will been employed there all them times. So that is what Mangerment do to the hard working employee that have to provide for my family and I’m a single parent so all my money have to add up. These checks don’t even look right for 10 days and 13days. Having this done to me this is a reason to lose a employee that determines and Dedicated to her job. Hopefully, my last checks is not rape of hours too. Monday 05/9 08:20am to 3:13pm I came by in 4:53pm to 8:15pm. Cause nobody want to work.Tuesday 5/10 5:05am-2:46 pm wed 7:40am-5:35pm. I noticed that my time was edit for the new pay period. I asked your manager why did they change my time from 05:05am to 8:30am Tuesday May 10 nobody can give me a damn answer. But I feel like she was stealing from me. I was here so take from a person that was here like I don’t have responsibilities are bills are very unprofessional and unethical. I hope y’all find it in your heart to do the right thing and address the issues that Mangerment of Ross Alice had cause for no reason and I do wanted my money that she took from me and worked many days with no off day. It was about two more employees we felt like a slave. Employee coming in telling Mangerment what they not going to there walking out leaving extra work for us to do plus your own work. Than come back like nothing happened the next day now they are the ones who is get free easy money off Ross. I pray this concern and disputed end as quick as possible so y’all will never have to hear of my name again. I can move forward with my life peace. Because I’m pretty somebody know what going on and how they are treated employees this unconditional..
