Ross treat people diffrent the managers find their favorite and give them the hours its suppose to be by senority but its not ive been there almost a year and they wont give me full time as a sps or make me mobile but recently they hired a new guy and hes mobile and full time which i dont get i do my job and more for this company and dont get nothang in return just the managers taking credit for things they dont do and the merchandise they dont recover the managers are lazy they gossip and they dont care if you need a break and they are allways saying they are over the amount of hours so they cut are hours well if management wouldnt stay over their hours to get over time we wouldnt have that problem
