extremely upset!!! never again will i shop at the skokie, il location..you have cashiers like rossi who are only their to shut their conversations and joke around with their co-workers while their on the clock.I went in to buy a birthday gift and to think while i was checking out this cashiers was shouting and behaving unprofessional!!! then to top everything at checkout she left abag behind and guess what it was part of my bday gift, not good!!!Then i had to go in the next day and pick up my bag and have to wait 30 mins because i forgot my receipt and someone had to verify if it was me and had to take my debit card somewhere in the back.then manager maria had me wait another 15mins after verfiying it was my bag she said she had to verify the dress..What???verify????this could of been avoided if rossi would have been taking care of customers like she is suppose while being on the clock.not only that but you have the security guard playing around with ross employee.but you have managers like melissa who really never said a word about them socializing, especially being busy...NOt good for a store that just open???unprofessional people who should be working at a flea market and not a store..you would think at least the 1yr the service would be at least average...I cant believe the security guard short african american girl just walked around joking around with employees..this place is a playground of unprofessional people..i guess now in days people hire those who dont care...trust me i dont expect this place to be like lord and taylor nor nordstorms but you would at least expect that the people working here would act more on the business casual than street casual!!! to think i work so close and i"ve shopped at this location since day it opened and probaby have already spent over $4000 on purchases and trust me i have the reciepts to prove it!!!..i dont blame peter milan trust me this store needs more people like him.i"ve had several conversation with him and he"s very sweet and helpful!!! but i cannot say the same for rest of the crew..when i told melissa i would come back all she said was "ok".."OK" not good in my eyes!!! well i hope the district manager gets this letter and gets his people to be a little more business casual then street casual.."oh well..anywayz this store did not need my revuenue"..aparently they make enough that they didnt care to see me in their store..they'll notice i wont come back because their staff saw me in their store 6 to 7 times a week!!! they'll no longer see me!!! goodbyE!!!
