No complaints about our latest family reunion through Royal Elite Vacation Club at Sandos Playacar... it was great. Usually we try to make it twice a year so we can stay at both Caracol and Playacar. However, this time we could only make it to one hotel and chose Playacar. It is crazy how much the entire place and its facilities have grown. Since we are usually a large group traveling, we decided to upgrade our membership so we could have access to a bigger unit that would fit us all. It couldn’t have been better. We had a few questions and went to the VIP office and the girls were extremely helpful and went out of their way in order to make sure our requests were given a proper follow up. We sure are some happy campers!
