There are so many terrible horror stories regarding the well being of her dogs producing hundreds of puppies which are not sociable or healthy. To have each patella (knee) fixed is $1500 each. 2 knees are $3000! After you over pay nearly $2500 to begin with. And that's only one of her many health issues. All these stories and more were available but Holly hired a PRweb firm to find and delete any negative comments. So people never hear the truth. Don't walk away from Royal Flush RUN!!!!!

I can see your point, but when someone has a bad experience with a business, they have every right to post their experience wherever they wish. As long as the poster believes they are speaking the truth, it's legit. As a consumer, I'm very interested in hearing what other people are saying about a business I may patronize.

If you really have 50+ debarked dogs in steel inclosures, I would definitely want to know about that before I buy from you so I can find a breeder who is more responsible. Since it's doubtful you would be willing to share this type of information up front, the internet comes in handy for us consumers.

I think it is terrible that this so called "complaints board" even exists. Anyone who wants to destroy the reputation of an individual or business is given carte blanche to do so, with impunity. I would say it is very unlikely that Royal Flush Havanese is a puppy mill. She sounds like a reputable dog breeder to me.

Why don't you people go after the real puppy mills and pet stores selling puppies from Malaysia and the Pennsylvania Amish puppy mills - and leave caring, responsible breeders alone?
