I got a 30 year vacational deal with royal holiday in playa del carmen last year we had a presentation and a tour a sales rep .join us for breakfast the presentation and talking of the sales staff its all a scam. We got a down payment for 3500 dlls and they offer me and my family the moon and the stars now that I want it to get a vacation package they come out with and all inclusive fee for person and and and annual payment that was never mention to me during rhe 4 hours of theyre show. Very well manipulated to make you sing. Now the problem I can not cancel !!!! Why i have ask ??? And a lady named Diana citil Elizabeth Guzman keep harassing me and threat family with very unplesent phone calls I feel very disguted with tis thiefs
