Bought super single bed at 1.7k last Oct 22 n delivered in Nov 12. Upon arrival, bed frame cannot accomodate mattress in view of the thickness though was specified in invoice clearly to take note when manufacturing. Temp accepted as it was till new bed frame arrived.
Shaky bed frame n requested to rectify upon delivery. Took weeks to come n they just placed stickers under the legs, instead of reinstalling the legs to assure firmness n steady position.
Early March realised bed plush top was sinking badly n contacted sales person Daniel for help. He was helpful to submit request n service team arranged someone to take video to confirm. Finally new mattress replaced on 24 March.
While changing the mattress, realised bed frame base wood was made of thin ply wood made up of 3 dif sections. They r quite fragile n hollow to hold the thick mattress and also certain portion popping out. Took pics sent to sales person in charged n contacted Luna, customer service for assistance. Sales person replied rudely and challenge me.
No response till 5 April n I took initiatives to check w customer service Luna but was informed she's on meeting. Rani took the msg but miscommunicated what I have feedback n irritated sales team. Sales team initially said will submit sales form to service team to take a look first but when returned his call he said service team not going to change bed for me. Keep asking me to go down to his warehouse to see his display set to confirm current set I bought are not the same b4 he submit sales report... suggested me to " remove the underneath black cloth myself n take pic show him "...
Called Luna again in the pm n was informed by Rani she's still in meeting. Pushed me to contact sales team but sales team informed they dun deal direct w service team! Made noises but still no response.
There is totally no customer service and stock ordered are not up to quality. Please reconsider if u wanna purchase any furniture from this junk place. V upset n disappointing.
