Dear all, should we report to CASE?

i had make a purchase of furniture with rozel furniture by given $500 deposit. the sales person was pushy and unprofessional and keep pushing me to confirm the sales order but paying $500 deposit (intially was 50% of the invoice which is $5888) . and he was not inform us in advance that the price are before GST. All the furniture price was not stated clearly on their showroom and the way they sales are cheating consumer. and i had found there are alot of bad reviews on Rozel Furniture.

What i hope that is getting back my initial deposit which is $500 and i did inform their support team by email on the next working day for request refund, unfortunaly the support team ask me refer back to the sales person and mention that sales are not refund and exchange able. which i found it too over for consumer and i hope CASE can do something for them and to avoid any more victims. Thank you
