Purchased a sofa on 5th Jan 2021 with full payment and told me that delivery will be preferably on the end of Feb or 1st week of March. Had been waiting patiently until end of Feb and had keep asking for date of delivery. 1st week of March they told me that item will only reach on the mid of March which is around 11-13th March and will update me when near to date. I had been waiting and chasing for a date. 5th March received a call informing me that the black stock discontinue and could not deliver. They apologize and asked to change color or refund. Do the Company think that we are stupid? When we placed an order, I m sure you could have contacted your factory and I had waited for 2 month plus. Why you couldn’t let me know on Jan to Feb??? Instead bluffing me telling me the delivery delayed and then cannot deliver? Seriously waste my time. No sofa for CNY and I urge people never to buy from Rozel. This is really not professional at all. I would never go back to thus shop again.

This is not a complain letter but a complimentary letter to the staff there name Michael Wong. This salesman there wearing spectacles and he is a fun loving and polite salesman whom really spending his 3 hours of his time serving me and in the end for the 1st trip I did not buy anything from him. My 2nd trip he still remember me and in the end still put on his smiley face and good attitude to serve me and in the end I buy several item from him. Please consumers out there if you all are looking for furniture pls go down and look for him. He is alike others salesman inside. He is professional on his work and attended to my services and also gave me his personal number for me to check my goods delivered on time. He also check with me when the goods delivered on time. This chap here a 5/5 good salesman. Good attitude good to have him serving me.
