I have been working with my school to pay off a debt. RSM keeps calling me and harassing me with phone calls at all hours of the day and because I cant answer due to being at work. They have made harassing calls to my family members and they should not have any contact with my family due to this being a private matter. I also do not know how they have even gotten my family members cell phone numbers which means they are breaching total privacy and this is not ok. Lisa is the one calling me and I told her today when I had to step away from work to call her and I let her know I am working with the school to do my payments. She originally told me I was not able to make payments with the school and she had to take a payment in full the first time I talked to her and said I could not do it though the school. I do not trust another company outside of the school and want to make sure my money is going where it needs to which is why I have been working with the school. She told me today she would not stop calling me and was being really rude saying she cannot contact the school and has no contact so she will not stop calling me and hung up the phone on me. She was very rude and it is not ok of this company to be reaching out to my family members if they would have contacted the school they would know its being taken care of. Wish this company would stop harassing my family and violating privacy to some how access phone numbers that they do not have consent to talk to the people of, my consent was never given for them to contact anyone in my family.
