Not honoring my coupons

My husband and I often frequent one of your establishments at least once a week.
Because of a busy schedules we often prefer to order out. I often receive coupons to be used at your restuarant however when I go to this Ruby Tuesdays which is closer to my house they refuse to honor them. The waitress stated that the manager will only use the coupons if we are dining in! They wouldn't even take the coupon I get on my birthday I receive every year. I was
wondering why that establishment refuses to honor my coupons for to go orders ?

Paying bill took over 20 minutes

Food was fine. But when I was presented my bill I enclosed a $50.00 gift card & my own credit card for the difference of payment for dinner for 3 adults. Well about 8 minutes server Lauren returned to our table to inform us she applied my payment to the wrong check & she had to get her managed involved to get corrected. Well about 15 minutes alter I got up & approached him which he was on phone trying to get corrected. I mentioned that we needed to go & that it was there error that I would pay cash for difference he said to wait a few more minutes, which was longer than that & finally got corrected, he only said he was sorry for delay.
He the managed never gave me his name he was older person had salt/pepper hair.

Thanks for listing, the reason I choose to eat there is our friend lives in Fayetteville & several years ago out R.T closed in Anderson SC.

cOUPON

I had visited Ruby Tuesday with a friend right before Thanksgiving, they messed up our order and then it took nearly 1-1/2 to finally get our food. Well the manager there had given us each a card for a free appetizer. Needless to say it ended on December 31, 2013. Tonight I went to Ruby Tuesday and took 2 other people for meals, the waiter seen I had the coupon's and he said he was going to check to see if he could get them replace. He came back and said the manager said not tonight, this was a black manager that I have never seen at this Ruby Tuesday and I frequently visited this establishment, especially at lunch time the curb to go services.

I will not be attending Ruby Tuesday again, because this manager could of honored one of the cards.

General Manager

General Manager is Drinking on the job!!!.. Bartenders serving him alcohol afraid that they will lose there job if they dont. The General Manager at the latham ruby tuesdays is constantly getting drunk on the job. Basically being a friend of someone who works there you find out about the behind the scenes bs that goes on there. The place use to be great. Me and my family use to go there all the time. Even between the managers and the general managers that have been in and out of that place it still remained great. DO NOT GO THERE NOW!!.. General Manager Aaron is a drunk. Drinks on the job. And letting the place go. The kinda things i know he's been doing and the way the place is getting can get them in big trouble. They obviously dont care. You can't complain to anyone higher then general management without it getting back about who told. How can they let this guy be a general manager here.

General Manager

Okay, now this doesn't have to do with this about ruby tuesday. So who's ever out there explain to me why can a food & beverage manager can take sips of beer while working on the job, she's putting a bad example out for her employee's, Someone let me know who I can speak to about this situation before it get's out of hand, cuz she does this all the time in front of her employee's.
And who should I go to! I work at a golf course and there's camera's but she doesn't let them see her, she hids it, she cover's it up. She's been there for now 3yrs and she get's away with i, and a whole lot more.
