In the last 2 months I have gone to 2 Ruby Tuesdays. One in Fishkill. As I walked, my shoes made a sticking sqwishing sound. Especially at the salad bar area. I figured that there was a spill and it is hard sometimes to get everything up. I will always give the benefit of the doubt. A couple weeks later we went to the Rubys in the Poughkeepsie Galleria. Sadly, it was dirtier than Fishkill was. It was very sticky, not only on the floor but on the counter partitions and around the salad bar. It was really dirty. I don't think I will go to Rubys again for a very long time. Restaurants are closing all over the place. It would be ashame if Rubys had to close, but I wouldn't doubt it after my 2 visits there recently.
