I’m writing to complain the attitude and efficiency of the immigration. I feel really sorry that, I think I have to write this complain letter to you. I come to travel from HONG KONG, and I love Singapore a lot. But I found that I was totally wrong after today’s incident. I have waited over 1 hour to complete the procedure. There are around 30 people in the queue, I understand that the procedure takes time, but NOT as much as what I encountered today. The staff SGT JESSIE TEO is also in a bad attitude. I admit that I’m in a tired looking and a bit impatience, when he saw me, he keep chatting with other officer. To be honest, there is no one chatting with others when I undergo the immigration in other country. Besides, Mr. JESSIE TEO, look at me, and suddenly clean his glasses in a very slow motion. I was really angry about this. First, he is in a bad attitude. Second, he knew all the people have been waiting for a long time and still chatting with other staff. So, I’m writing to coMplain the low efficiency of Singapore immigration and also complain the staff SGT JESSIE TEO. I love Singapore a lot before, and after this bad experience, I do not want to come to here anymore. I feel really bad about this.
