2:30 on a Sunday afternoon at tanger mall in Louisiana. 1 person on register and manager on the floor, and 6 people in line. My kids were in line waiting to check out for 20 minutes.
I went inside to see what the problem was and asked if there were anyone else that could help on the register? I was told "no". So I asked if there were a manager that could help and she said "no, don't talk to me that way"
My kids finally got to the check out and forgot to use there coupon, the manager told me "you have to go to the back of the line." The only salvation was the 2nd girl who actually helped us. She was very kind, sweet and apologized for her co-workers behavior.
