Rue 21 st the Outlet Malls in Pearl, Ms. Not the Otley Mall.

I was employed by Rue 21 in Pearl, MS around the middle of Oct. 2016. I was a quiet worker who stayed busy during my hours at the store. Came to work faithfully assuming I was a permanent but undoubtedly I was seasonal. There were lots of younger people who worked there who would stand around, never wanted to straighten up the store, played, talked, and only wanted to be on the registers. Remind there were plenty of meetings discussing people not pulling their weight all the while they are getting all the hours. Managers stayed in the back on their cell phones, one manager stayed cursing all the time threatening to find another job. It was a mad house. Then right after Xmas after working like a slave, my schedules were filled with off days 7 days a week with no notice until I stopped getting schedules therefore still I'm assuming I was fired and for what I don't know. I understand seasonal workers may be released with no notice but this was ridiculous because I always did what was asked at my job. They pretend to want people who work but it boils down to their picks and chooses. But that's fine because I have a job now getting paid every Friday and it's way better. This store needs evaluating and ran by people with sense. Oh yeah its in Pearl, MS at the Otley mall.
