To whom may concern,

I visit Rue21 in Dorman Centre very often . The manger name Kitty is very rude and always expect that someone is stealing out of the store . Every time she does that , it throws me away from the store and I don't want to visit again . Sometimes I just walk in the store to observe what goes on . She talks to her employees very rudely with disrespect. She has no respect for customers that enter the store . She always have an attitude with people .When I ask for help , she will ignore me and act like she didn't hear me . Kitty is one of the rude manger that work there at Rue21 in Spartanburg, SC. I have work in retail before and I know some of things that goes on in the store she needs to do it instead of the associates thats there . A manger suppose to do all of the sign changing and wall changing while the associate run the register. But sometimes when I'm in the store , she has this young lady(white) that has color in her hair do all the work . I thought mangers suppose to do that . Also i have over heared Kitty talking about other employees that work there with another co-worker . Something needs to happen because I don't want to walk in Rue21 and dont feel comfortable . Every time I'm in the shopping I feel uncomfortable because Kitty be watching me or having someone follow me around . That really throws me away from the store . Something needs to be done ASAP !
