I purchased online items totaling $ 69.95 but I never received them. I talked with a customer service representative about my missing order who said that they would need to do an investigation and to call back in 10 days. The next day I received an email stating that the delivery had been made. I never received any of my items and there is no proof that they've been delivered. I will never shop here again. This was an awful experience. I will seek legal advice about how to get a refund.

They also spelled my name wrong.
