Customer service

My friends n I stayed at the Rui Sante fee February 18-22. We were denied the opertunity to make dinner reservation to an restraint our entire vacation . We are African American travel group . N I am a Rui partner . We were treated very unfairly I fact poorly by management . N given the run around by the staff with regards to unsatisfactory treatment
