I'm a real estate broker and called them to do a lock change last week and tol them I couldn't be at the property. I was told to sign a credit auth and send it back to them. I did this as she told me the job would be about 100 or so dollars. I told the people to call me from the house to give me the price before it was done. They never called and today I go a charge on my credit card for 935.00 dollars to change 2 locks ...
