Icant believe what a rip off these people are...omg...I never used rush been using netspend who are great people..great company..just hadnt used my card in yrs thru them so I also couldn't find my NetSpend card. So I saw a RushCard that have come in the mail decided to use it. Went to load it same as other cards and went to use it at a store spent $9. Then I needed $15 he's out of the card after loading 35. 00 to my horror the store said had no money in it. Call rush they told me that there's a loading fee which I knew there's a card fee and another fee. What the f. These people are rip-offs I told him I'm turning him in to Better Business Bureau they're stealing consumers money do not use this card ever net spend is the best and I'm going to get another NetSpend card Rush has ripped me off big time that was my last $35 I needed it and for them to steal it from me is nasty
