Called to find out who took money off my card without permission,in return they said they would have to cancel my card, I asked to speak with a Supervisor, and did, telling her to cancelled complaint and I would handle it myself and not to mess with my card!! They cancelled it anyway, something needs to be done about this, now I have to wait for 10 days until another one comes in the mail and can't use my regular card, I am so MAD!!!
