Lack of proper support

Rush card is the worst! I called customer service to which I had to choose a choice on automated system of something I did not need in order to get a live person. I called because my account t was somehow suspended and a week of reaching different people via chat, I got no help at all with unlocking my account. Instead she tells me she understands I need a new card and can help me with that. WHAT?!! When I explained I didn’t need a new card but needed technical support, she cancels my dam card anyway (to which I got charged for) and I still could not get into my account. I receive my new card. Activate it and try them again via telephone to no avail so I go to chat. Tell them my account is STILL suspended! Their customer service is the worst, they are all crooks, and it’s very disappointing.
