First an most i have been with this agency's for over 10 years. My rush card expired on 10/ 19. September the 3 i had 2 knees replacement at ft. Bragg north carolina an now i remains at the veterans hospital. I have been trying to talk to some of the agents but i can get no help they continue to tell me to go out of the hospital an send the paper work copy of my id card. At the present time i remains in the hospital. I have money on my card now but i can't get to it. But as soon as i get released from the hospital i will not be using this agency's no more.

I filled out a application months ago for a Visa Rush Card and I never received it.Then I called customer service twice and they put me on hold then the call ended I didn't speak to a representative not once.If i have problem in the future about my SSN I'm SUING!!!ITS A BIG SCAM!
