Fraud

I had an unauthorized transaction post to my account after using my card at speedway gas station, I used the outside swipe on a Friday, Sunday I had notifications that all my money was taken used at a Lowe’s in statesville wherever that is? Immediately I called was advised the card will be closed and credit will be applied, the process is ver ridiculous. They close my card which I have direct deposit set up to , they tell me 5-7 business days for the card, ok I understand, then they say 10 business days for the provisional credit to be applied. Meaning I’m left with absolutely no funds at all, I have been calling off work because I’m flat broke have no gas and way to get any . My children have stayed home unable to get them to school no gas no money . All rush card can say is...... I understand... we are not in control , you can’t speak to the disputes department, unfortunately it’s out our hands, we can’t, we’re unable to, I’m sorry I can’t help.... all things that are horrible customer service. So since my card was skimmed and all my money taken from me illegally, I have to wait a total of 2 weeks to be reimbursed? Needless to say I’m closing the pre paid account and never placing another dime with them. Dear Russell Simmons your banks rules and regulations SUCK you try living with your kids with no money and tell me how that feels.

Fraud

My husband had an issue with 1 of his cards as they keep sending multiple cards that he hasn't ordered and was given a different 800# to call where a man wanted access to his computer to check out his account! what type of crap is that I'm filing a police report

customer service people

I have been a customer since 2004. My card had been charged for something i didn't do. However i asked them not to cancel my card until I removed my money from it. The customer representative did it anyways so that left me without any money. So I called them back to ask why was my card cancelled if i just asked them to let me remove my money first. Now my card was sent out on the 22nd of May the guy told me it takes up to 5-7 business days to receive it. Now it's the 8th day I still have not yet received me card. I have got paid twice and still no card. So after the mail came today and no card I called them. I told them that I still haven't not received my card and instead of them accommodating me they told me that I have to pay $30 to have my card expedited to me. Now I'm trying to make sense with that one because I refuse to pay anything for my card. Then the lady gave me a fake name not knowing that I already wrote her name down SMH. Soon as i say I'm about to contact the CEO so those are the people ya'll have working for y'all. I've been with yall entirely to long but on that note I'm DONE with rush-card because of the unprofessional staff who works there.

Needs MORE English speaking and English talking customer service representatives...

Well, I had uploaded $300.00 hundred dollars on to my rush card. The next day I called my card balance and was $50.00 dollars short. So I was like let me call customer service, only to have to waste 20minutes on trying to reach a LIVE person to even speak with. Finally I just started pressing all sorts of numbers and got threw to an agent. I ask about my money being funny and he than goes on to say I have to block your card. I’m like what! What are you even talking about? I’m just trying to see what was the charges and who took money from my account being tho I have auto pay on some of my bills. Well, he goes and block my hard earned money. I’m so pissed right now. I asked to speak with a supervisor and all they kept saying was I’m sorry but we already blocked the card and sending you a new card out. Never again will I put any money on another rush card in life.! VERY INCONVENIENT also not fair to a customer that’s been with ruchcard since 2008.

I attempted to use my card after money was loaded on it. I was told through automation that this card could no longer be activated. After calling the customer service number on the card i finally got a response after 2 days of continuous calling. I was told by a non english speeking rep that i had not used my card in a while so i would have to send in my change of adress, along with my license and social security card. Id faxed all info and waited I was told that it would be 5 -7 buisness days. after 9 days and no card I began attempting to make contact again. after three days I finally reached an indian woman who informed me that my drivers license with my adress on it was not acceptable. I have never heard of such a thing. But she continued to insist. I finally got a supervisor who was just as dumb. jAfter 1 hr she finally decided to request that it be accepted as proof of adress. She said call back in two days to see if it was approved, I still have to wait another 5-7 buisness daysto have my card sent. what a rip. when i rrecievit i will never deal with this company again. It is sad!

dispute

I called because I received an alert that my card was charged 205.40, This transaction was not authorized by me. I called to report. They ask me to contact merchant but was unable to give me the city and state of merchant. Rush card security is not safe.they even had the balls to tell me to research to find the merchant when its hundreds, I will suggest people to close their account and find better!!!

Card Blocked

I asked to receive a new card on December 14th, but they sent it to my old address after giving them my new one. So now my RushCard is blocked, and I’m unable to get my hard own money off to pay my bills or medical expenses!! I’M PISSED!!!!

releasing funds

Good Morning :

I am sorry to bother with such matters . However when searching for a corporate number for Rush-card your profile pop up . I am a single mother of three with my young is graduating in a couple of day . I received a deposit from my tax return yesterday at Midnight . After I noticed the deposit was place on a card I do not use nor have access to . I immediately called customer service at 5:04 AM ET . I spoke with the representative and she walked me through different procedures trying to transfer my money to the other card . We was unsuccessful. Then she attempted to do a verification on me and She was unable to read the question correctly for my understanding . Then I was asked to send verification . I did so at 6:30 AM . I called the verify the documents was received . Then I was told my lease was not good enough . I just moved 2 weeks ago . However I sent my ID and SS# with the lease . I have been getting the run around every since . I have asked each rep to pull the first call to see how she was unable to read the question correctly . I have spoken to supervisor Jesse and Summer and each was no help . I have talk to several of the reps and they were no help . At this point I am not sure what to do .

Member service agents conduct and procedures

I lost my initial rush card and called to get a new one expedited to me. The order was placed and I received my new card. Upon receiving my card I called the number on the back of the card to activate it. It was activated by the agent then the following day I went to do some grocery shopping at Walmart. Got in the line proceeded to cash out. When I swipe my card credit the machine read unable to process debit transaction. After trying for a couple of times I had to step to the side to call rush card customer service. When the agent looked into my account he told me that he has trouble shot my card and that I need to try a credit transaction. I proceeded to try again and the same error message came up on the credit card machine. He then said that there wasn't anything else he could do but express me some of my money through money gram and that I would be charged thirty dollars for this transaction I immediately taken back by this since the error wasn't user error but and error with the rush card company. I proceeded to ask to speak to a manager and he transferred me to someone named Kate. Kate proceed to explain the same option to me as the agent before here and also tried to blame me for the card being damage, so not only would I have to pay thirty dollars for another rush card but I also had to pay them to access my funds. This was completely unacceptable. Kate told me that those were my only two options and that she spoke to her supervisor and they weren't waving any fees because it was my fault that the card was damaged although I had explained to her that it was my first use of the card and that she could see in her system that It had never been used before. So not only did I have to pay for another card but also had to pay to access my funds.

Rush Card Is Holding My Deposit

I have been a customer with Rush card For 4 years now and I never had this problem..so Friday morning I get up with a message from rushcard had been blocked so I call they tell me I need to send in forms to indetity because my card had been blocked due to suspicious activity with they did on they own because I did even report my card being missing or anything..So I send in the proff that they was asking for after I had to argue the fact that I don't get food stamps and my phone bill prepaid witch they insisted i send so only proff I had of Address was my Insurance Bill..They still giving me run a around I been calling all day they keep telling me different things I have bills due I don't think it's right for y'all to hold my hard earn money I work for then you got people talking to you and can't understand what their saying..

Rush card is holding my deposit

I have been a customer with Rush card for over 12 years. I have always received my direct deposit from my job on Thursday, when my deposit didn't post I called and they stated because the names didn't match they couldn't deposit my check until I verified some information now I have been depositing my check for over 3 years in my maiden name and all of a sudden you come up with this bull..... Well I did what they asked and here it is Friday January 16th and I have yet to receive my deposit. Mind you I confirmed my direct deposit at 5 am Friday morning and here it is 1 am Saturday and still no deposit I called again Saturday morning and its the same thing now it 1 am Sunday and still no check after i have been told on several occasions that the finance department has the information and they are holding up my deposit.Is this how you treat your customers that has done business with you for over 12 years? I am filing a formal complaint and my check is going to cost them double or triple when I'm done. They have no right to hold my only source of income after I complied with your demands. I have called these people10times and get the same run around. I'm feed up with these companies that take peoples hard earned money and play god and do what they want when they want.. 12 years worth of service and this is how you treat people???!!!!

Blocked Account

To who, it may concern:




There was an issue regarding my account submitted to you by Greendot Money Pak ....This issue has been resolved since Last Monday ...I received call from Greendot Corp office yesterday who informed me that an email was sent to your headquarters office on the 21st of October 2014 stating that its okay to unblock my account...There telling its out of their hands that the ball is in your court. There was no foul play on my end...My brother Richard Ransome tried to put a few dollars in my account back in Aug 2014 but couldn't make out the number on the receipt ...so he call them trying to get the correct numbers ...but in the meantime the money posted to my account ...so he email greendot back stating everything was ok....but they filed a complaint anyway....I was told but their headquarter office the email sent to you wasn't meant to block my account with you all...It was meant to block me from loadng money to my account with a Greendot Card...Since all this has happen I lost my job because I couldn't get to funds in my account....I would appreciate if you all would try to resolve this issue soon... I obtained aRushcard Visa in February. I put money on my card via green dot money pak. I was given a notice that my account was closed due to too many deposits. They took my paycheck of 460.00 and will not refund it to me. They said I needed to fax my ID SS card, and proof of residency. I faxed that along with a receipt of my last deposit. They kept telling me 24-48 hrs for my card to be unblocked. Needless to say, they didnt unblock it, they closed my account without any further explanation. This company sucks, and we all should band together and make them pay us back any and all money that they stole from us!!! This is legal theft as far as Im concerned. If anyone should be complaining, it should be moneypak, because Rushcard recieved 1.00 and 1.95 everytime you use the card, so what are they bitching about?? We should be able to put our money in there, and do what we want with it, this is cash money we are talking about, not credit. The IRS doesnt even do this!!! These non-educated customer service folks need to speak way better English before taking a job where they have to talk about other people's money, they have no clue as to what they are doing, and they don't care either. Put a stop to Rushcard...I lost alot of money, and am being treated like a criminal.
