DISPUTED TRANSACTIONS
Hello
I have several unauthorized charges on my RUSHCARD Visa. I did not make these charges and I do not know who did. I have contacted rushcard and filed a dispute case. My case was denied for whatever reason. I have not received anything from rushcard to say why my case was denied. When I contacted rushcard again, they told me to do a rebuttal letter. I have done the rebuttal letter and am now waiting for the outcome of the rebuttal letter. It should not take this long to resolve this matter. I have contacted MICROSOFT and they can not find any informaton on these charges.

Keeping your money
To all who have had their money taken and not returned by rushcard for a cancelled purchase or payment. Please reach out to me. I am currently in consultation with an Attorney for possible class action against Rushcard. I advised them I am not the person whose money you want to play with it's been 8 months since they messed up my money, and have still not placed my money back and keep giving bogus excuses. Well now I gonna to make them understand you can not play with hard working American's money and not expect serious consequences.
So if you ready to teach a lesson , to an unprofessional company. Join me.

Would t refund 402.90
Double charged by insurance company, of course rush card couldn't stop the charge so the insurance company emailed me a letter to release the funds back to my card. Never got the money back, now they are saying it doesn't exist. Removied the pending charge an I haven't seen my money since. Nothing but attitude an accents since. An don't fall for the dispute Dept crap. It doesn't exist! I'm contacting every agency I can to sue or at least get my money back. From what I've read on here, my money is gone, but I'm very persistent an Texan. Too bad this isn't a situation of shoot first, ask questions later...

Debit card replacement
I have been a customer since 2011. I have never had an issue with them. I had to change my address and my last name. I faxed over the required documentation on 12/09 and today is 12/20 and I have yet to receive card. I haven’t had acceSs to my funds since then. I have called every day and the customer service which sucks by the way tells me that they don’t have access to their corporate office??? And I still have no access to my funds. So fustrated

Money missing dispute not taken care of
There was a merchant whom took money off of my rushcard without my authorization i filed a dispute and still nothing has been done about it not only did i not authorize the transaction but i was never contacted by rushcard or the other said merchant i have been a member since 2008 and this is the second time this has happened its a shame and a disgrace the way customer services treats people on top of that they all speak in a foreign language and thier very rude i so badly want to sue this company and i know for a fact it happens to many many people using this service.Mr. Russell Simmons shame on you for allowing your business to be ran like this and the sad part is im willing to bet he gets his money on time.....

Money missing
I sent one complaint already I have been with you guys for five years we've had some ups and downs but you've always come through when we turned my money or solved my problem thank you for that while I am missing $104 now on my account please I need that money back I Soli live on $735 a month which pays my rent and I live on I am totally disabled I do not and I am not like everybody else they can make more money under the table I suffered like two weeks out of the month badly and go without please I need my money returned I believe it's $104 last year I had a problem you returned my money ASAP it was wonderful I've had about three problems the only problem that I did have is I recommend a 20 friends and never got compensated for it but that's OK it's water under the bridge thank you 5621 is the last four digits of my social security number 25 Thacker St. 14612 is my address Krista Stewart 585 732-0429 please I need that put back on my card thank you so much Rushvard and I will stay and I'm on my sixth year

I have been waiting since 10/12/15 to have access to my account with rush card. I have been unable to get cash, have been waiting on a deposit and had a ach transfer that was already supposed to went out for a bill. I will have to pay late charges and other fees because of rush card mistakes. I can't get gas, food, pay my bills, can't log in or even speak with a customer service representative. This is very irresponsible of them!! I am so extremely frustrated about this. They need to make things right for everyone of their customers. Sorry isn't enough!! Rush card has put many families in a bind.
