This company seems to be legit and all. I had applied for a payday loan and as everyone else has mentioned there is NO customer service available!! This company soon after started contacting my employer! How embarrassing! My HR Director came to me and explained a woman "Private Locator" had called her to not verify my employment but to disclose i was defaulted on a payday and needed to know if i was at work to come serve me some documentation! This is illegal guys! They broke 3 of many laws, disclosing information to a 3rd party not authorized, threatened to garnish my wages and claimed to have documents to serve me at my place of employment! DO NOT FALL FOR THIS BS!!!! I contacted an attorney and immediately stated "DO NOT PAY THEM A DIME, CALL LOCAL ENFORCEMENT AND HAVE THEM ESCORTED OUT OF YOUR JOB"....This is no game guys please be warned. The "private locator" called my cell while at work and was rude and told me the same info only i never confirmed i was me. So there again breaking the law of disclosing personal/private information on a debt.
