i purchased a CD for camping 2 months ago from RV park super guide and as of today i have not received it you call no ones returns your call i requested my money back but no one will return the calls i a woman named Andrea Williams stated the CD was sent to the wrong zip and stated it was sent again no CD yet i requested my money back stated it was a money back guarantee no responds

I ordered the RVparksupersaver directory, I received an online version and called 10 different campgrounds on my planned route, none of the parks had ever heard of this program. I requested my money back under the money back guarantee, they said to send the material back. I told them that I had not received any, contacted Paypal and they denied my claim since I downloaded the info, I told Paypal that I would delete the directory as that is all I can do. After many emails to vendor, no response.
