Denied stay in hotel even after confirm booking
This is regarding the Agoda reference 273941725, I had a reservation confirmed and paid in full at S4 Residency,Thiruvanmiyur Chennai for 1Night from 22May till 23May. As my flight was delayed,me and my friend reached the hotel at 3am in the morning of 23May. The receptionist at the hotel denied us stay saying that there was no booking under my name. I spoke to the manager M.Dhanasekhar who was at his home also denied us stay. At 3.30 am in the morning me and my friend had to look for another hotel to stay. My question is, inspite of holding a confirm reservation from Agoda and paying in full we were denied stay.Also i tried showing them the hotel vouche i received on my mail, they did not allow us to stay. You people dont have any connection with the hotels. If we have to call the hotel n confirm after making an online booking why do we need you, we can directly call the hotel and make the booking. I dont know what kind of actions will be taken for this, but would appreciate if u will look into the matter immediately and get me the refund. I am also filing a case against the hotel S4 Residency and the behavior of their staff. This is literally harassing the customers.
Note :I am resending this complaint again as we have not received any acknowledgement from Agoda or the above said hote S4 Residency. We need a refund as soon as possible on the above and we are taking legal action against this.
