Loan insurance

As saad baki co pvt ltd had applied post in quikr that they are providing the loan .so i had applied the loan they said to pay 10,500 insurance amount ,and we paid the same amount again they sent a rbi fake form and fill this .For AFCC code you need to pay 25,000.
