Yes communities is always turning the water off. They said we are responsible for the trees but it's there property. I feel like what am I paying them for. The never want to make a work order when I need some work to be done. Weeks go by then when I go into the office they are always giving me the run around. I'm tired of being put on the back burner. I've been here since 1997 and this place keeps going down hill. When my friend lived in the back she had a bad problem with roaches and her air conditioning was broken and they never did anything about it and she was renting. It took them a year to move her to another unit. My other friend lives close to the front and shes been having issues with her toilet and till this day they haven't done anything about it and they are renting. I don't think anyone should live here. When your 1 day late on rent they threaten you. Bad customer service!
