TWO PAYMENTS MADE THROUGH PAY PAL

I HAVE been CHARGED TWO PAYMENT THOUGH PAY PAL IN THE AMOUNT OF $6.75 ON dEC.26/13 AND ALSO ONE ON DEC.27
IN THE AMOUNT FOR $25.22 BOTH IN CANADIAN FUNDS. I HAVE NOT USED SAFE CART FOR SEVERAL YEARS. PLEASE EXPLAIN WHY YOU CONTINUE TO BILL ME. I WOULD APPRECIATE THIS MONEY BE RETURN AS FAST AS POSSIBLE AND BRING YOUR FILES UP DATE SHOWING THAT I AM NOT A CUSTOMER OF YOURS.
