I am filing a complaint against “Safe and Sound Visitation” San Diego, CA, the company’s owner Carol Lumahan and the monitor Dana Davis.

An incident occurred that police were involved during a supervised visitation with the non custodial parent. I was informed to go meet them, then informed that police will be reaching out to me, then informed that I am not leave my vehicle when picking up my children that I have had sole legal and sole physical of. Non custodial has had history of child abuse, packing drugs in a child’s lunchbox, domestic violence with minor children, and has been court ordered along with family court services requiring that the non custodial parent seek therapy for anger management, abuse and the affects on children, and domestic violence with children.

With that, there has been many issues with this company and their policies. During the intake process I requested they do not take my children to the non custodial parent’s home due to concerns for child abuse and my children not feeling comfortable. Needless to say, they stated they were following their polices and because it was not in the court order that they are allowed to have visitation there. When I mentioned that their own polices states that it is in a location agreed upon, the company’s owner continues to say that they are following polices. I have been going back and forth with this company with my attorney for weeks so much so, that I had to file a request for order to change the supervision company for where the visitation takes place with non custodial parent. In a statement from the company’s owner, she felt “personally offended” from my statements being made to the courts.

Days before the hearing, an incident took place where police were involved as mentioned above. The alleged incident was that they found drugs in the lunchbox that I sent with my children. I packed this lunchbox with their 77 year old great grandmother and absolutely there were no drugs. There is a clear understanding that their items are checked before the visitation, so the drugs found were placed and planted, police were called to incriminate me, the custodial parent. One of my daughters was continuously crying after I had picked her up and when we got home she said she wanted to talk to me because she doesn’t want anyone taking her away from me. My daughter informs me that when she was in the vehicle, she saw the non custodial parent taking the drugs out of HER personal bag, and placed in into the lunchbox and she screamed to the monitor, Dana Davis, THREE TIMES that it was the non custodial parent’s, the monitor disregarded what my daughter was telling her she saw, told my daughter to be quiet, and continued to phone police. I was not briefed of the incident that occurred and when requested, I got a whole lot of run around. When I picked my children up and asked the monitor what happened, she tells me she was exhausted and too tired to talk to me, that she has had three back to back supervised visitations and has been up for 24 hours, and again, refused to tell me of the incident because she will be writing the report to incriminate me so that the non custodial parent, may have “proof” that I should NOT have custody of my children. This company, the owner, the monitor and the non custodial parent, have orchestrated this entire operation to incriminate me so I may lose custody of my children. If I were to lose custody of my children they will be placed in a home where smoking and drugs are in the home, child abuse occurs, and constant physical abuse between non custodial parent and her other children’s father. This company has taken a personal vendetta because I brought my issues to the court to simply request another visitation facility due to concerns and disregard for my children’s safety and wishes. They have had issues when I requested they follow their own policies and procedures for supervised visitations and so has my attorney.

This company should not be operating if they are intentionally orchestrating crimes against any persons for their personal vendetta. They are biased and have sided with non custodial parent since the very beginning where the owner accidentally texted me a text for non custodial parent stating “I don’t want anything to come back to my company or you” and “that message was for non custodial parent.” I am making this complaint and I will continue to do so in other platforms until I have my justice.
