My vehicle was totaled out due to a flood on 5/26/15. I informed safeguard and sent documents by 6/10, and was told they were not recieved so I resent them again on 6/10, and was told they had everything & would be forwarding all the doc to the adjuster. After many days of call and being told the same thing I request a supervisor who informed me the adjust had been on, and she would let her know. I also nformed her that I check there website and it stated they had no docs. so she stated the would upload the docs alos, and this was 6/29. I was also told they did not need a police report since the vehicle was totaled out just the information from my insurance, and again they still are saying they have not recieved. I had them re-fax it 2x on 6/30 and was told they have, but still no update or pay out has been give. It's said to say that as long as they are taking your money they have no problems, but when it's time to pay out you get the run around. My lender has contacted me over and over about this due to the last amount owed has not paid off, and this could effect my credit.
