Unauthorized $taken from Creditcard

I wish to complain that your company has withdrawn the amount of $35.22 From my Creditcard without my authorization or any knowledge from myself.. The amount of $35.22 was taken for SAFECART.COM*PARETOLOG 855-432-0727..
I would like the money refunded to me straight away as I have no idea as to why I have been charged this..If not refunded I will contact my Banking Fraud Department and let them deal with this matter..
Hope you can fix this mistake ASAP
