my computer is worse off then it ever was since I signed you people up .How do I cancell it ??

I have had six crashes since I registered and paid 39. dollars and some cents I dont want your service any more What is going on ??

I have finally uninstalled all PC down load and now my computer is working good. Their program is just a ripoff.
I called to cancel the subscription, but was giving the run around. I was not able to understand most of the idiots so called English
I feel that I should get my money back. $39.94.
I would not advise anyone to download the program because it will cause all kinds of problems for your computer.

Please cancel the renewal contract too.
