I have been a vendor with Safeguard Properties for a couple months now. I have a huge crew, so I get the work done on time. To my surprise, I was told by the work coordinator that in order to keep getting the volume of work that I am getting, I have to send some money to her, but send it in her sister-in-laws name Western Union. I feel bad because they took away the work from a few smaller Vendors in Maryland and now I have to be paying under the table to keep getting the volume of work that I am getting.
