Safeguard properties broke into my home while I was away at work for months. They broke the locks off said they winterized which was already done by me. They stole my property, family heirlooms, truck topper, BBQ, tools, food, trash barrels, brooms and destroyed my home. They opened my wife's urn and lost some of her ashes, they also open her cats urn and damaged the urn. They left my door wide open on two occasions for anyone to enter. They damaged water pipes and faucets and threw my property all over the floor. They broke the air conditioner, broke my lamp and broke a window and many item to list. You will notice my wife's urn and the photo of the red curtains with her ashes on them showing they opened the urn and losing her ashes . They claimed the house was abandoned even though the neighbor had informed them that it was occupied. They told her that it didn't matter and they can do what they want. Yet they only want to offer a $5000 settlement when damages and lost wages are far more then that. There attorney from Northwest litigation has used felony coercion in an attempt to dissuade me for seeking what's owed to me and have taken the Northstar Mortgage and the Inspector in as clients also and still only want to settle for the same amount. These people are bottom feeders and need to sent to prison, all of them. Sean Wright
