hi safelink freephone program is making me ill. I am a diabled senior 71 years old, I have many other health issues. they are making me more sick, and some days I sit and cry because no one is helping me, three times I ask for an application they never sent me one, so I got one off line. I fax it in with a copy of my Medicaid card, they said they did not get the Medicaid card, I said you had to because I faxed them together. so I sent them another copy.they said the card was not my name on. I sent them my ss card & my medicare card. the lady from cas called them, they gave me my minutes, for one month, then shut it off again.i had the boro president call them they said your man friend called, and they were laughing, they gave me the minutes again, & again the cut me off. I did two more phone enrollment with them now again, each time the girl told me every thing is good just sent a copy of your Medicaid card again, & they would give me my minutes, now they said they can't read the card. and they are not giving me the minutes, I travel with access a ride & it takes days & HOURS to go pack & forth to staples to get them the fax. and you know what is really sad I had the same name same card same address for years, and I had a phone from the same safelink benefits before. I think this is a scam. please can you help also they keep sending me text message to pay $19.99 a month.with a 5% discount. also I have some recording of them. thank you
