Safelink told me I had to recertify but this time after six years with them they wanted a copy of my driver's license, social security card and birth certificate. So I sent them the info ( first five numbers of my social blocked out ) and the next month they stopped giving me my benefits. So I called them and they said they were still processing the info. Next month rolls around and no benefits. So I called them and they said I had more than one phone, so after a short argument they said they would transfer me to the tech reps. So they put me back on the answering machine and I got ahold of another safelink bozo who told me I needed to recertify and I said I sent them the info two months ago and they said they didn't get it and I said I talked to another rep who said they did. This rep said I was a lier, I said I wanted to speak with his supervisor and he said they weren't there and I said I was born but it wasn't yesterday. To make a long story short I asked for a supervisor four times and he sent me back to the answering machine. This happened three more times until I got a guy who said I had to resend the info so I did and that was a month ago. I called again and they said they got my info and I should get my benefits in three days. Its been a week. This is classic US Government at work and We want them to control our Healthcare?
