Service

I was sent an email by Safelink that my service was being cut due to non-use but I'm not using the phone because it doesn't work. I called to let them know why and they said they couldn't help me if I don't have the phone with me which wasn't mentioned in their email. The customer service person was some foreigner that kept apologizing for not being able to help me but in that tone that they really don't give a damn or don't understand how frustrating that is because they are foreign. Anyway, this isn't the first time I've gotten unconcerned service from them. What's really annoying is that they send you an email but there is no way to email them back. I searched and searched their website for a customer service email to no avail. I have to use my work phone to contact them since their phone quit working and not everybody can be on the phone for an unlimited amount of time at work.

They just suck beyond belief.
