I had a meeting with our workers comp rep and needed to provide a safety manual. I was scrambling to get it done before the meeting when I found this company online. I called them and Robert Allman assured me that he could get the manual emailed to me before the 10:00 meeting the next day, with enough time to print and compile it. That didn't happen. Luckily for me, the rep had to reschedule at the last minute. Robert asked me details about what our company does and how many people we employ. This information was definitely not taken into account when the manual was prepared. I finally had to give him the name of the OSHA booklet that covered our type of work. That information was thrown in at the very back of the book. The majority of the other 18 chapters did not even apply to our business ! Do not do business with this company!
