I went to the late night checkout (one lane) and told the lady that the handle of the first basket (to hold groceries) that I picked up had something sticky on the handle. After no response I asked if they ever washed the basket handles. She still didn't say anything; so I asked, "Are you not going to acknowledge anything I said," and she still didn't say a word.

On top of that I bought a 50% off box of Strawberry Pop Tarts (12). The box had been taped closed with clear box tape (top and bottom). I just opened it and it was half empty. That's another employee caused problem, taping a box back closed that's missing product and selling it. After this second disappointment I decided to write this complaint. I don't want a refund. I need to stick with "Smart & Final" grocery store.
