I went to the safeway on Coburg rd in Eugene on January 2, 2019, Or in response to a Just4You coupon. The coupon stated:

I had a new prescription I just received from my Doctor. I had to wait over an hour to get it filled and when I paid they refused to give me my $25.00 gift card. They said I had to have 5 refills and my prescription had none. I showed them the coupon Nowhere does it state that there has to be 5 refills. Still they refused to give me the card. I went to customer service who took me back to the pharmacy where I was again told I would have to have a prescription with 5 refills to qualify for the gift card. This is outrageous and I believ illegal.

There is an employee at the center street location in Salem who is going around telling his coworkers we slept together which isn’t true but even if it was it’s nobody’s business and doesn’t give him the right to go around saying it either. I have asked him numerous times to stop. He is putting all of them against me including my neighbor who works there. Every time I go in there he glares at me and is very rude. My husband was just in there and he glared at him as well. I live across the street. I shouldn’t have to go somewhere else because of this behavior. He is slandering my name and harassing me and getting his coworkers to do it as well. This is unprofessional behavior. He is also a sex offender and on parole. Since when do you guys hire convicted felons? If something isn’t done I will be calling the parole office as well as HR, District and corporate office. I work with people and if this happened where I worked you would be terminated.
