rotted lamb meat

I purchased Lamb Meat on March 03/05/2019 at 10:52 am from Safeway Store # 1300 in Mclean, VA
As soon as I opened wrapped meat bag to make lunch it stunk horribly and was badly rotted. And I went to the store and returned right away. Please make sure check all meats before you put on display.
